Dr. Langbaum received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Psychology with high honors from Oberlin College, Oberlin, Ohio and her graduate degree in Psychiatric Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, Baltimore, Maryland. Her research focuses on the design and conduct of Alzheimer’s prevention studies. She is the Principal Investigator of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Registry (www.endALZnow.org), GeneMatch, and co-chair of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Initiative (API) Genetic Testing and Disclosure Program. Dr. Langbaum has published numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals and serves on multiple scientific advisory boards and committees.
