Webinar Overview

This webinar will discuss the process of deriving tau positron emission tomography (PET) cut-points to determine biomarker positivity, including a review of existing methods as well as a systematic comparison of different approaches to cut-point derivation. Discussion will focus on the implications of these methodological decision points for research using the amyloid-tau-neurodegeneration (AT[N]) classification scheme and demonstrate the application of cut-points to compare A/T groups on clinical, cognitive, and biomarker outcomes.
